Glassnote Entertainment Group is a full service independent music company founded by Daniel Glass, one of the most accomplished and respected music people in the industry.  His devotion to music and the artists that create this magic is what drove him to create the new company.  Through Glassnote, Mr. Glass has created the next-generation Music Company.  It can be looked at as a rebirth of the great independent record companies, Chrysalis, Motown, Atlantic and Island, but built for the ever-changing marketplace.

Glassnote understands that today’s musicians have grown increasingly savvy about the current music business. Artists are aware that it is no longer necessary to subscribe to the traditional music business model that takes away control and ownership of their own career.
 

When building Glassnote, Daniel Glass constructed the Team using the same philosophies that he uses to find musical talent.  Each member of the Glassnote Team has a passion for music, and understanding of the evolving industry, and the work ethic to grow the label and its artists.  We have established a strong internship-mentoring program focusing primarily on supporting our new media and heavy touring philosophy.  Glassnote believes in the Team.  Those involved in all aspects of touring, recording, internet promotion, new media marketing and promotion are considered partners as we work together to strategize and develop an artist’s career.

Glassnote embraces changing technology. Our aggressive Internet Team reaches out and connects with our artist’s fans through multiple sites and actively pursues new, innovative ways to make our artist’s music and information available to their fans.  By embracing new mediums, we enable fans to develop the close-knit relationship with the musicians they love and consume their music in the manner that suits them best.
